精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中心中的应用效果

摘要
目的分析精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中心的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月～2017年4月我市体检中心的54名体检者作为参照组,采取传统常规管理模式,选取2017年5月～2018年5月我市体检中心的54名体检者作为研讨组,采用精细化健康体检管理模式,比较两组体检人员的服务满意度、对健康知识掌握程度与生活质量评分。结果两组体检者在我市体检中心体检结束后,研讨组体检者的服务总满意度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研讨组体检者对健康知识的总知晓率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研讨组体检者的生活质量评分明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对体检中心采取精细化健康体检管理模式,改善了体检者的护理满意度,应用效果理想,在今后的体检管理工作中值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of fine physical examination management mode in physical examination center. Methods A total of 54 physical examinees in the Medical Examination Center of our city from April2016 to April 2017 were selected as the control group, which received traditional conventional management mode. A total of 54 physical examinees in the Medical Examination Center of our city from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the seminar group, which received fine physical examination management mode. The service satisfaction, mastery of health knowledge and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared. Results After the physical examination of the two groups, the total satisfaction of the medical examinees in the seminar group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The total awareness rate of health knowledge in the seminar group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores in the seminar group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing satisfaction of physical examination patients is improved by adopting the fine management mode of physical examination in physical examination center. The application effect is ideal. It is worth further popularizing in the future physical examination management.
