从湿热瘀阻论治痛风急性发作

摘要
在临床实践基础上,对湿热瘀阻型痛风急性发作的病因病机进行分析,治以清热利湿通络,灵活运用四妙散加减,外敷清热解毒通络膏药;病情缓解后,治以健脾益肾、利湿通络,使患者症状缓解、血尿酸"达标"及"持续达标",生活质量得以改善,取得良好效果。
The author analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of acute gout with type of dampness-heat and stagnation after long-term clinical practice and treats it with Simiao powder was added or subtracted for clearing heat,removing dampness and dredging collaterals,and external application of Qingre Jiedu Tongluo ointment. After remission,the author advocates to treat it by invigorating the spleen and benefiting the kidney,promoting dampness and dredging collaterals and believes which can alleviate symptoms,blood uric acid " reached the standard" and " continued to reach the standard",the quality of life may be improved and achieve good results.
