摘要
目的:探讨山腊梅叶健脾汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者对肺功能、血清氧化应激指标的影响。方法:选取医院(2016年1月—2017年9月)收集的140例AECOPD患者,采用随机数字表法分为中西医组和西医组各70例,两组患者均给予抗感染、祛痰、吸氧等基础治疗,中西医组同时服用山腊梅叶健脾汤治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者的血清MDA、8-OHdG、PC、TAC水平差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中西医组的TAC水平显著的高于西医组(P<0.05),中西医组的MDA、8-OHdG、PC水平显著的低于西医组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的PaO_2、PaCO_2差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中西医组的PaO_2显著的高于西医组(P<0.05),中西医组的PaCO2显著的低于西医组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的FEV1、FEV1%、PEFR差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中西医组的FEV1、FEV1%、PEFR显著的高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:山腊梅叶健脾汤辅助治疗AECOPD患者效果较好,能显著的降低氧化应激水平,改善肺功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Sanla Meiye Jianpi Decoction on pulmonary function and serum oxidative stress in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( AECOPD). Methods: A total of140 patients with AECOPD collected in our hospital( 2016. 1-2017. 9) were randomly divided into Chinese and Western medicine group and western medicine group. The two groups were given basic treatment such as anti-infection,sputum and oxygen. The Chinese and Western medicine group took Shanla Meijian Jianpi Decoction at the same time and compared the treatment effects of the two groups. Results: Before treatment,serum MDA,8-OHdG,PC and TAC levels were not statistically different between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment,TAC levels in Chinese and Western medicine groups were significantly higher than those in Western medicine group( P < 0. 05). The levels of MDA,8-OHdG and PC in the Chinese and Western medicine groups were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,the PaO 2 and PaC O2 levels of the two groups were not statistically different( P >0. 05). The PaO 2 of the Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of the Western medicine group( P < 0. 05). The PaC O2 of the Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly lower than that of the Western medicine group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,the differences in FEV1,FEV1% and PEFR between the two groups did not exist( P > 0. 05). After treatment,FEV1,FEV1% and PEFR in the Chinese and Western medicine groups were significantly higher than those in the Western medicine group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of patients with AECOPD with Shanla Meiye Jianpi Decoction can significantly improve the patients' antioxidant and lung function.
