高职高专翻转课堂实践反思

摘要
教育信息化是提高高职教育质量,培养具有现代信息技术的应用型人才的必然趋势。翻转课堂就是在信息化背景下被提出、应用和推广的。本文介绍了翻转课堂,并结合高职学生特点,完整设计翻转课堂的课前、课中和课后流程,提出了通过加强师资培训、灵活课堂组织形式、合理开展翻转课堂转换频率来提高翻转课堂实践效果。
Education information is the inevitable trend to improve the quality of higher vocational education and to cultivate the applied talents with modern information technology. The flipped classroom is proposed, applied and promoted. This article first briefly introduces the flipped classroom. Second, completely designing the classroom process before and after class by the characteristics of vocational students. Finally, training the teacher, flexible classroom organization form, reasonable frequency to flip the classroom is proposed to improve the flipped classroom practical effect.
