气相色谱-质谱联用法测定食品包装纸中二异丙基萘(DIPN)含量

摘要
样品先经丙酮振荡提取,再经超声萃取,最后通过含有无水硫酸镁和PSA的离心管,采用涡旋振荡的方法进行净化,取上清液以气相色谱—质谱联用法测定,建立内标法进行定量。结果表明:方法的回收率在94.1%~105.4%之间,检出限在0.14mg/kg~0.87mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.06%~5.13%。
        Firstly, the samples were extracted by means of acetone oscillation and then going thro ugh ultrasonic extraction, and finally purified by vortex oscillation which adopted centrifuge tubes containing anhydrous magnesium sulfate and PSA. After series of pretreatment, the supernatant was detected by GC-MS efficiently along with internal standard method. The results showed that the recovery rate was 94.1%~105.4% and the detection limit was 0.14 mg/kg~0.87 mg/kg. Its relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.06%~5.13%.
