不同皮瓣在修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损的临床效果观察

摘要
目的探讨不同皮瓣在修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损的意义。方法随机将2017年8月～2018年8月收治的70例口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损患者分为两组,每组35例。观察组给予股前外侧皮瓣修复,对照组给予前臂皮瓣修复。比较两组临床疗效。结果 (1)观察组一次性手术皮瓣存活率与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0. 05);(2)观察组口腔功能评分以及并发症发生率等均明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论股前外侧皮瓣修复术具有治疗效果理想。
Objective To investigate the significance of different flaps in repairing postoperative defects of oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods 70 patients with postoperative oral and maxillofacial tumors admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,35 in each group. The observation group was treated with anterolateral thigh flap and the control group was treated with forearm flap. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results( 1) The survival rate of disposable surgical flaps in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group( P > 0. 05).( 2) The oral function score and complication rate of the observation group were significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Anterior lateral femoral flap repair has the advantages of good therapeutic effect.
