摘要

目的探讨分析健康查体中护理健康教育的作用。方法选取我院自2017年10月—2018年10月接收的进行健康查体的人员180人作为研究对象,将其分为两组。观察组(90人)查体者在常规查体护理的基础上,实施护理健康教育;对照组(90人)查体者仅实施常规查体护理。观察比较两组的健康知识知晓率、查体依从率、护理满意率等以及查体总用时等情况。结果观察组查体者的健康知识知晓率、查体依从率、护理满意率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组查体者的查体总用时短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在健康查体中实施护理健康教育可有效提高查体者的健康知识知晓率、查体依从率及护理满意率,缩短查体总用时。
        Objective To explore and analyze the role of nursing health education in physical examination. Methods 180 health check-ups received in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into two groups. The observation group(90 cases) was given nursing health education on the basis of routine check-ups, and the control group(90 cases) was given routine check-ups only. The awareness rate of health knowledge, compliance rate of physical examination, satisfaction rate of nursing and total time of physical examination between the two groups were compared and observed. Results The awareness rate of health knowledge,compliance rate and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total time of physical examination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing health education in physical examination can effectively improve the awareness rate of health knowledge, compliance rate and satisfaction rate of physical examination, shorten the total time of physical examination.
