595nm脉冲染料激光联合得宝松皮损内注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床分析

摘要
目的探析595nm脉冲染料激光联合得宝松皮损内注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年2月期间收治的62例婴幼儿血管瘤患儿,随机分为两组,各31例,对照组予以595nm脉冲染料激光治疗,研究组予以595nm脉冲染料激光联合得宝松皮损内注射治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床效果及不良反应等情况。结果研究组激光照射次数(2.9±0.4)次,血管瘤颜色转浅时间(17.5±16.4)d,面积缩小时间(34.6±18.5)d,治疗后血管瘤面积(0.8±1.1)cm2,血管瘤厚度(0.7±0.4)mm,治疗总有效率93.55%,不良反应发生率12.90%,各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 595nm脉冲染料激光联合得宝松皮损内注射治疗婴儿血管瘤效果确切,安全有效,值得推广。
