国外电子战装备作战试验的发展及启示

摘要
电子战装备作为对抗型装备,其装备试验必须置于真实的战场环境中开展才能合理评估其作战效能,因此电子战装备作战试验受到越来越多国家的重视。介绍了国外电子战装备作战试验的开展概况,分析了国外军队电子战装备试验的主要经验,从深化理论研究、完善法规体系、健全管理机制、加强条件建设、培养人才队伍等5个方面提出了推进电子战装备作战试验的建议。
        For a confrontational equipment, the electronic warfare equipment test must be carried out in a real battlefield environment in order to properly evaluate its operational effectiveness. This paper reviews the development of the foreign electronic warfare equipment combat test, and the main experience of the test. It is suggested to carry out theoretical researches, improve the legal system and the management mechanism, and cultivate the related talents.
