摘要
采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、单轴拉伸研究了LA91镁锂合金在不同加工状态下的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,经挤压变形后,LA91合金的组织呈现一定的取向性,晶粒沿挤压方向被拉长。经轧制变形后,该合金的组织得到细化,出现了纤维组织,取向性更加明显。轧制态LA91合金较挤压态该合金的力学性能得到一定的提高,其抗拉强度达176 MPa,伸长率最高达到40%。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of LA91 magnesium lithium alloy was studied under different processing conditions by using optical microscopy(OM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), and uniaxial tensile. The results show that after extrusion deformation, the microstructure of LA91 alloy presents a certain orientation and the crystal grains are lengthened along the extrusion direction. The microstructure of the alloy is refined after rolling deformation, the fiber microstructure appears and the orientation is more prominent. The mechanical properties of rolled LA91 alloy are higher than that of the extruded alloy, the tensile strength can reach 176 MPa and the elongation can reach 40%.
