摘要
介绍了川威轧钢厂中棒生产线Φ25mm规格热轧带肋钢筋两切分工艺的开发,从设备能力校核、工艺设计以及导卫装置设计三方面对两切分工艺开发进行了阐述。Φ25mm规格两切分工艺的成功应用,既提高了中棒的产能,同上工序的能力相匹配,又降低了吨钢综合能耗,大幅度降低了生产成本,取得了良好的经济效益。
This paper introduces the development of two-slitting technology for hot-rolled ribbed steel bar of 25 mm specification in Chuanwei Rolling Mill.The development of two-slitting technology is expounded from three aspects of equipment capacity checking,process design and guide device design.Successful application of 25 mm two-slitting process not only improves the production capacity of medium rod and matches the capacity of the previous process,but also reduces the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel,greatly reduces the production cost and achieves good economic benefits.
