摘要
该研究主要对贵州地区(花溪区、兴义市、毕节威宁、黔西南州和遵义市)的留兰香精油进行比较分析,同时对不同品种间——野生薄荷、留兰香、小叶留兰香和圆叶留兰香进行比较。水蒸气提取法对不同样品进行精油提取,再利用GC/MS技术分析其精油含量及组分。结论:留兰香品种在不同地区间精油含量比较:遵义道真>花溪区>黔西南州>毕节威宁>兴义市;不同品种间含量比较:野生薄荷>留兰香>小叶留兰香>圆叶留兰香。8种精油样品经分析共得到85种物质;黔西南和遵义地区与其他地区差异较大,花溪区、兴义市、毕节威宁地区该品种精油组分的相似度很高,均以香芹酮为主,含量分别高达66.28%,53.29%,53.49%;黔西南州和遵义市则以香芹醇和薄荷脑为主,含量分别为55.56%,60.89%;小叶留兰香和圆叶留兰香与花溪等地区相似,主要成分也是香芹酮,含量分别为76.67%,30.81%。
        Spearmint samples are collected from different regions(Huaxi District,Xingyi City,Weining County of Bijie City,Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture and Zunyi City)in Guizhou,to find the similarities and differences of their essential oils.And the similarities and differences of wild peppermint,spearmint,spearmint with little leaves and spearmint with round leaves are compared.The essential oils are extracted with steam distillation,the content and composition of essential oils are analyzed by GC/MS technology.Results:The comparison of essential oils' content from different regions is Daozhen County,Zunyi City>Huaxi District>Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture>Weining County,Bijie City>Xingyi City.The comparison of essential oils' content with different varieties is wild peppermint>spearmint>spearmint with little leaves>spearmint with round leaves.There are 85 components are detected in these samples.In the respect of component concentration,the samples of Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture and Zunyi City are obvious different from the others.The essential oils show a high similarity of Huaxi District,Xingyi City,Weining County of Bijie City with high carvone content,which is 66.28%,53.29%,53.49%respectively.The main components of essential oils of Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture and Zunyi District are carveol and menthol,with the content of 55.56%,60.89% respectively.The spearmint with little leaves and the spearmint with round leaves are similar to those in Huaxi District and other areas,the main components are carvone,with the content of 76.67% and 30.81%respectively.
