基层疾控单位微生物检验中的难点与质量控制策略

摘要
为了探讨基层疾控单位微生物检验中的难点与质量控制策略,选取2017年1月—2019年3月于上饶县疾病预防控制中心接受微生物检验的样本作为观察对象,2018年2月开始全面实施质量控制策略,于2组时间段各选取26份样本用作微生物检验,分析微生物检验中存在的影响因素及与质量控制对策。结果显示,质量控制实施前质量问题发生率为30.77%,质量控制实施后质量问题发生率为7.69%,组间差异做统计学对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此得出,微生物检验中存在检验难点主要涉及样本因素、人员因素、检验操作因素、仪器因素及环境因素等,加强对相关因素的认知,制定针对性质量控制对策,可以提高微生物检验的精准性。
In order to explore the difficulties and quality control strategies in microbial testing in grass-roots CDC units, samples accepted microbial testing in Shangrao CDC from January 2017 to March2019 are selected as objects of observation. The quality control strategy is fully implemented in February2018. 26 samples are selected for microbial testing in two groups of time intervals to analyze the existing shadows in microbial testing. Sound factors and quality control countermeasures. The results show that the incidence of quality problems before and after quality control is 30.77% and 7.69%. Statistical comparison between groups shows significant difference(P<0.05). It is concluded that the difficulties in microbial testing mainly involve sample factors, personnel factors, operational factors, instrumental factors and environmental factors. Strengthening the recognition of relevant factors and formulating quality control strategies can improve the accuracy of microbial testing.
