摘要
提供了一种炼钢车间生产与检修计划一体化时序控制系统,该系统以浇次计划的集合作为生产计划,将各个浇次的开浇时刻和检修计划的开始时刻同时作为决策变量,通过炼钢车间生产与检修计划一体化时序控制模型和智能优化计算,自动得出符合约束条件的优化结果。解决了目前炼钢车间调度中通过人为指定检修计划开始时刻的时序控制方式存在的不合理性、缺乏全局优化性等问题,提高了炼钢车间作业计划时序控制的科学性和实用性。
This paper provides an integrated time sequence control system for steel-making workshop production and maintenance schedule.It takes a set of cast plans as a production plan,and considers the start time of every cast and maintenance as a decision variable,automatically gets the optimized results in line with the constraints by an integrated time sequence control model for steel-making workshop production and maintenance schedule and intelligent optimization calculation.The proposed system solves the irrationality and lack of global optimization problem exists in artificially specifying starting time of maintenance plans during steel-making workshop scheduling.
