嵌入用户信息素养的信息服务实践研究——基于类型理论与活动理论视角

摘要
文章基于"宏观—微观"的视角,借助类型理论与活动理论探究嵌入用户信息素养的信息服务实践。宏观上,利用类型理论搭建研究框架,从Who(素养角色)、Why(驱动因素)、How(服务模式)、What(服务框架)出发,分析嵌入用户信息素养的信息服务中的四个维度。微观上,基于活动理论解释四个维度后的深层次现象,通过多案例分析提炼出信息素养六大要素对应的信息服务六个基本流程内容,构建了嵌入用户信息素养的信息服务框架。
Based on the "macro-micro" perspective, the paper explores information service practices embedded in user information literacy with the help of genre theory and activity theory. From the macro perspective, we use genre theory to build a research framework, and analyze the four dimensions of information services embedded in user information literacy according to who(literacy roles), why(driven factors), how(service model), what(service framework). From the micro level, we explain the deep-seated phenomenon of four dimensions based on the activity theory. Through the multi-case analysis, we extract six basic process contents of information services corresponding to the six elements of information literacy. We build an information service framework that embeds user information literacy.
