摘要
将碳量子点荧光技术加到荧光光谱法实验中,使学生在掌握荧光光度计的基本原理、了解荧光分光光度计的构造、学会运用分子荧光光谱法对物质进行定性和定量分析的同时,还可以了解科学前沿的热点,建立节能、绿色环保的观念,做到科研教学相结合,拓展学生的视野,从而提高学生的综合能力。
        By adding the carbon quantum dot fluorescence technology into the fluorescence spectroscopy experiment, students can master the basic principle of the fluorescence spectrophotometer, understand the structure of such instrument, learn to use molecular fluorescence spectroscopy to analyze substances qualitatively and quantitatively. At the same time, they can also understand the hot spots in the frontier of science, establish the concept of energy saving and green environmental protection, combine scientific research with teaching, expand their horizons, and improve their comprehensive ability.
