摘要
九区石炭系为低孔、特低渗的浅层火山岩储层,岩性以凝灰岩为主,天然裂缝发育,是典型的孔隙~裂缝型双重介质储层,储层非均质性严重。九区石炭系压裂过程中压裂液滤失大,人工裂缝宽度狭窄容易导致砂堵,人工裂缝启裂和扩展复杂,缝高控制难度大的难题,文章通过对九区石炭系水平井体积压裂技术的研究,形成以分段优化设计方法、变黏压裂液体系、支撑剂粒径优选以及组合控缝高等关键压裂技术,提高了施工成功率和压裂改造效果。
        Jiuqu carboniferous reservoir is a low porosity and low permeability shallow volcanic rock reservoir,the reservoir lithology is mainly tuff,and natural fractures are developed,it is a typical pore-fracture type reservoir with high heterogeneity. Hydraulic fracturing there is challenged by large fracturing fluid loss,sand plugging caused by created narrow fractures,complicated fracture initiation and expansion, and fracture height hard to control. Based on the study on the network fractured horizontal wells in Jiuqu carboniferous reservoir,the key techniques for staged fracturing in horizontal wells are formed,such as optimum staging planning,variable viscosity fracturing fluid system,proppant grain size optimization and combination fracture height control. The success rate and the results of hydraulic fracturing have been improved.
