摘要
在延迟焦化中试装置上,以相同的原料,改变注汽量或加热炉出口温度的进料方式进行试验研究,主要考察催化裂化油浆在炉管内的结焦趋势。结果表明,温度是影响催化裂化油浆结焦最主要的因素,在较高的炉出口温度下,即使增加注汽量来提高炉管内的油气线速也难以延长炉管的运行周期。在进料量5 000 g/h、加热炉出口温度为500℃的条件下,催化裂化油浆采用3%的注汽量,其炉管结焦周期较长,且优于减压渣油在注汽量1.68%时的结焦周期。
In delayed coking pilot plant, using the same raw materials, experimental study on FCC slurry coking trend in furnace tube was carried out by changing of steam injection volume or heating furnace outlet temperature. The results showed that the temperature was the most important factor affecting the coking of FCC slurry. And it was difficult to prolong the operation cycle of the furnace tube by increasing the steam injection volume to improve the gas line speed in the furnace when heating furnace outlet temperature was higher. When the feed rate was 5 000 g/h,the heating furnace outlet temperature was 500 ℃, the amount of steam injection was 3%, the furnace tube coking period was longer, and better than vacuum residuum coking cycle under steam injection volume of 1.68%.
