摘要
车载毫米波雷达的频率主要分为24GHz频段和77GHz频段,其中77GHz频段代表着未来的趋势。77G雷达板的可靠性至关重要,他关系到汽车驾驶的安全性,其中电镀可靠性是影响其可靠性的最重要因素,本文主要研究了影响电镀可靠性的关键点及如何改善。
        The frequency of automobile millimeter wave radar is mainly divided into 24GHz band and 77GHz band, and 77GHz frequency band represents the future trend. It is the most important sensor in the field of active safety and automatic driving. Therefore, the reliability of 77GHz frequency band radar PCB board is critically important. It is related to the safety of automotive driving. Plating reliability is the most important factor affecting its reliability. This paper mainly studies the key points which will affect plating reliability and how to improve it.
