摘要
设计了一种蛋白质光学生物传感器,运用严格耦合波(RCWA)方法对该传感器进行理论分析,通过计算机仿真模拟,分析了传感器敏感介质膜系的反射率与激光入射角度和待测蛋白质的折射率、厚度之间的关系。由模拟结果可得:光学生物传感器敏感介质膜系的反射率和激光入射角度与待测蛋白质的折射率、厚度都有良好的线性响应特性,且随着厚度增加灵敏度增加。因此,可以通过检测传感器敏感介质膜系的反射率和入射角度得到待测蛋白质的折射率,通过调控抗体层和抗原层的厚度增减灵敏度。该光学生物传感器可用于检测蛋白质的种类和含量,具有灵敏度高、实时和无标记等优点。
        This paper designs protein optical biosensor, theoretically analyzes the sensor by rigorous coupled wave(RCWA) method, analyzes the relationship between the reflectivity of sensitive media membrane system from the sensor and laser incidence angle and the refractive index, thickness of the protein by computer simulation. From the simulation results can be obtained: the reflectivity of sensitive media membrane system from the sensor and the laser incidence angle and refractive index, thickness, incidence angle of the protein has a good linear response characteristic, and the sensitivity increases with the increase of thickness. So that the refractive index of the protein can be obtained by detecting the reflectance of sensitive media membrane system from the sensor and the laser incident angle, and can control the thickness of antibodies and antigens to increase or decrease the sensitivity. The optical biosensors designed can be used to detect the type and content of proteins, it has the advantages of high sensitivity, real-time and no mark.
