摘要
结构光栅3D测量技术广泛应用于文物保护、质量检测、机械反求工程等领域。对该方向的研究人员和开发人员而言,由于公开发表的相关技术资料非常缺乏,利用一些通用电器部件搭建一个较为实用的实验环境是一建较为困难的事情。以通用的两路监控摄像头、投影仪为核心部件构建一套结构光栅测量系统,并针对其中结构光栅序列的同步投影与采集过程设计专门的控制系统和控制流程。
        3 D measurement technology based on fringe projection is widely used in cultural relic protection, quality detection, mechanical reverse engineering and other fields. For researchers and developers in this field, it is difficult to build a practical experimental by using some general electrical components, because lack of related technical references which are published in public. Builds a structure grating measurement system based on a general two-channel surveillance camera and projector. Furthermore, designs a special control system and control flow for the synchronous projection and acquisition process of the structure grating sequence.
