汽车内饰塑料件(聚丙烯)光泽度的影响因素

摘要
研究了汽车内饰塑料件(聚丙烯)光泽度的影响因素,分析表明,注塑工艺、模具光泽度、模具清洁度和后加工工序均会影响汽车内饰塑料件(聚丙烯)的光泽度。适当增大保压压力,相应塑料件复制模具光泽度的能力提高,表面光泽度降低;通过喷砂降低模具光泽度,相应塑料件表面光泽度随之降低;采用天拿水清洁注塑模具表面的油污后,相应塑料件可避免受污染,表面光泽度发生变化;减少后加工工序对塑料件表面的磨损,也有助于保证塑料件表面光泽度的一致性。
