不同来源油脂对经产母猪初乳成分和仔猪血清免疫的影响

摘要
试验旨在研究不同油脂对经产母猪繁殖性能和初乳成分、仔猪血清免疫的影响。选用24头胎次、体况、妊娠期相近的健康二元杂母猪,分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复2头母猪。4种油脂分别为豆油、棕榈油、牛油、鸭油,添加量均为2%。试验结果发现:棕榈油组、牛油组、鸭油组的母猪产活仔数分别比豆油组低18.52%、9.85%、9.85%(P>0.05);棕榈油组、牛油组、鸭油组的仔猪出生窝重分别比豆油组低19.53%、9.66%、10.78%(P>0.05);棕榈油组、牛油组、鸭油组的乳脂率分别比豆油组低28.21%、15.37%、28.90%(P<0.05);棕榈油组、牛油组、鸭油组的IgM分别比豆油组高100%、150%、300%(P<0.05),鸭油组的IgA比豆油组高10%,鸭油组的补体C4含量比豆油组高48.65%(P<0.05)。综上所述,豆油对母猪的繁殖性能和初乳的乳脂率比棕榈油、牛油、鸭油好;鸭油对仔猪的免疫能力比豆油、棕榈油、牛油好。
        The trial aimed to study the effect of oils from different sources on reproductive performance, colostrum composition, and serum immunity of piglets. 24 healthy fetal sows with similar parity, body condition and similar gestation period were selected. According to the principle of similar births, the sows was randomly divided into 4 groups which contained 3 replicates that involved 2 sows. The experiment contained four kinds of fat, which are soybean oil, palm oil,beef tallow and duck oil, of which addition amount was 2%. The results showed that the live pigs of the palm oil group, the beef tallow group and the duck oil group were 18.52%, 9.85% and 9.85% lower than the soybean oil group(P>0.05);The birth weight of piglets in the palm oil group, the beef tallow group and the duck oil group was 19.53%, 9.66% and10.78% lower than the soybean oil group(P>0.05); The milk fat of the colostrum in the palm oil group, the beef tallow group and the duck oil group were 28.21%, 15.37% and 28.90% lower than the soybean oil group(P<0.05); The immunoglobulin M of palm oil group, beef tallow group and duck oil group are 100% and 150% and 300% higher than soybean oil group(P<0.05), and the immunoglobulin A of the duck oil group was 10% higher than the soybean oil group, and the complement C4 content of the duck oil group was 48.65% higher than that of the soybean oil group(P<0.05).In summary, the reproductive performance of soy oil on sows and the milk fat percentage of colostrum are better than palm oil, beef tallow and duck oil. The immunity of duck oil to piglets is better than that of soybean oil, palm oil and beef tallow.
