摘要
钻孔结合内窥镜法是在套筒出浆孔管道或套筒出浆孔和灌浆孔连线任意位置钻孔,然后沿孔道底部伸入内窥镜探头测量套筒灌浆缺陷深度。该法无需预埋任何元件,操作简单易行,且对灌浆套筒力学性能无明显不利影响,可用于在建或已建装配整体式混凝土结构套筒灌浆质量检测。基于套筒内钢筋锚固长度要求、套筒产品构造特征及灌浆缺陷深度,提出灌浆饱满度计算公式,实现套筒灌浆饱满度检测的量化评估。
        The hole-drilling method combined with endoscopy is that drilling hole in the sleeve outlet pipe or at any position of the connecting line between outlet and inlet of sleeve,and then the endoscope probe is inserted along the bottom of the hole to measure the grouting defect depth. Without embedding any component,this method is simple and easy to operate,and has no obvious adverse effect on the mechanical properties of the grouting sleeve,and it can be used to test the sleeve grouting quality of monolithic precast concrete structure under construction or existed. Based on the requirement of anchoring length of steel bars in the sleeve,the structural characteristic of the sleeve products and the grouting defect depth,a formula for calculating the grouting plumpness is put forward,and the quantitative assessment of the grouting plumpness of sleeve is realized.
