关于“痕迹主义”的理论分析

摘要
当前,"痕迹主义"的工作作风在党政机关中时有显露。它弱化了工作实绩,浪费了各种资源,破坏了政治生态,损害了机关干部形象,造成了极其恶劣的社会影响。有鉴于此,文本拟从"痕迹主义"的基本内涵、严重危害、产生原因、治理原则和治理措施等方面加以分析,以期有利于把准问题本质,认清严重后果,找准整改途径,遏制并根除"痕迹主义"不良作风,从而树立正确的政绩观,形成"抓铁有实痕、踏石留真印"的大好局面。
At present,the work style of"Trace-ism"is occasionally exposed in the party and government organs. It weakens the performance of the work,wastes all kinds of resources,destroys the political ecology,damages the image of the cadres of the organs,and causes extremely bad in?uence. In view of this,this paper intends to analyze the basic connotation,the serious harm,and the main causes of this problem,and put forward some principles and measures to resolve it. The purpose is to help identify the nature of the problem,understand its serious consequences,and find out the way of rectification. To curb and eradicate the bad style of"Trace-ism",we need to establish a correct view of political achievements,and create a good situation of"grasping iron with real marks and stepping on stones to leave true prints."
