军用车辆装备维修任务分配表制订方法

摘要
针对陆军车辆装备维修保障制度改革后各级维修机构面临的实际问题,提出将维修任务分配表作为指导开展维修工作的重要依据,给出军用车辆装备维修任务分配表的规范形式,建立基于工作分解结构分析、故障模式影响及危害性分析、以可靠性为中心的维修分析、维修级别分析和维修任务分析制订维修任务分配表的流程和方法。以某型高机动越野车为例,基于该方法制订其行车制动系统的维修任务分配表,验证方法的有效性。
To solve the problem encountered by the maintenance activities at all levels after the reform of maintenance support system for Army's vehicles, the paper uses maintenance task allocation table as an important basis for vehicle maintenance, defines a normalized form of this table, and establishes procedures and methods on the basis of such technologies as work breakdown structure(WPS), failure mode effects and criticality analysis(FMECA), reliability-centered maintenance analysis(RCMA), level of repair analysis(LORA) and maintenance task analysis(MTA). A certain maintenance task allocation table, which is formulated for the braking system of Dongfeng high-mobility offroad vehicle, validates this method's effectiveness.
