某铀矿沉淀母液减排技术优化方案

摘要
针对某水冶厂的沉淀母液直接外排问题,进行减排技术改造。通过对沉淀母液采用降硫酸根措施,让沉淀母液充分循环利用。沉淀母液减排效果达到98%以上,并从沉淀母液中回收了铀、硫酸盐、硝酸盐。该方案既保护了环境,又为企业创造了经济效益。
        In response to the issue of the direct discharge of the precipitated barren solution after precipitating at a certain hydrometallurgical plant,technical transformation of emission reduction was carried out.Reduce the sulfate radical concentration of the precipitated barren solution so that the precipitated mother liquor can be recycled.The effect of reducing the precipitation barren solution is more than 98%,and uranium,sulfate,and nitrate are recovered from the precipitated barren solution.It protects the environment and creates economic benefits for enterprises.
