“六顶思考帽”在肝移植术后随访宣教中的应用研究

摘要
目的:将"六顶思考帽"应用于肝移植术后接受专科出院随访的患者,探讨其在提高患者依从性、提高专科护理质量中的应用效果。方法:运用"六顶思考帽",通过实施专科系统化、规范化的随访方案,达到提高患者相关依从性和提升护理质量的应用效果。结果:"六顶思考帽"创新思维实施前后,肝移植术后患者的相关依从性明显提高,相关并发症发生率降低,护理质量提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以"六顶思考帽"为指导思维,充分发挥随访团队的作用,开展有效的健康指导和护理干预,能明显提高肝移植患者的依从性,提升患者对护理工作满意度。
Objective Discussing the application of the Six thinking hats,which improve the compliance of Patients and nurse quality,in Specialized subject hospital follow-up patients after liver transplantation.Method In order to do the applied research of improving patients compliance and nursing quality,We used the six thinking hats,with implementing the specialty systematically and using the standardized follow-up plan.Results After the implementation of the six thinking hats innovative thinking,the related compliance of patients after liver transplantation improved obviously,the incidence of related complications reduced and nursing quality improved.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided by the six thinking hats,effectively playing the role of the follow-up team and carrying out effective health guidance and nursing intervention,the related compliance of patients after liver transplantation can be improved and the patients′ satisfaction of nursing work can also be enhanced.
