医疗援疆中常见病中医临证总结

摘要
为了贯彻执行北京医疗援疆理念,做到从"输血"到"造血"模式的有效转变,我们实行传帮带的方式,面对面,一对一,通过调查问卷和临床临证相结合,从中总结统计出当地多发疾病,并结合病症总结出主要证型,对当地常见病进行了中医临证总结,制定出符合当地实际情况的临床协定处方,做到中医临床思维的传承和发扬,更好地服务于当地群众。
In order to implement Beijing medical aid concept, and to achieve the effective transition from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoiesis" mode, we carried out the model of "master instructing apprentice", face to face, one-on-one. Through questionnaire and clinical trial, we summarized the local statistics of multiple diseases, and summed up the main syndrome combined with the disease, and summarized the clinical syndrome of local common diseases of traditional Chinese medicine, and formulate clinical protocol prescription that conforming to the local situation. We should inherit and promote the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and better serve the local people.
