民主党派参政议政与执政党的决策完善

摘要
中国共产党是中国的执政党。执政党最重要的领导就是决策领导,但这并不意味着执政党的决策可以独断专行或一意孤行,恰恰相反,执政党必须广泛吸纳民主党派和其他政治力量参政议政,接受民主党派和其他政治力量的民主监督,才能使自己的决策集思广益。民主党派是中国的参政党,民主党派的参政议政与政治协商有助于提高执政党决策的科学化与民主化水平,民主党派的民主监督有助于执政党减少决策失误,也有助于提高既成决策的执行力。就民主党派而言,开展卓有成效的参政议政与民主监督是贯彻执行"长期共存、互相监督、肝胆相照、荣辱与共"方针的具体体现,更是其存在与发展的独特价值所在。
The Communist Party of China is the ruling party of China.The most important leadership of the ruling party is decision-making leadership.But this does not mean that the decision-making of the ruling party can be arbitrary.On the contrary,the ruling party must widely absorb the democratic parties and other political forces to participate in political discussions and accept democratic supervision by the democratic parties and other political forces in order to make its decision-making brainstorm.The democratic parties are China's participating parties.Their participation in political discussion and consultation helps to improve the scientific and democratic level of decision-making of the ruling party.Democratic supervision of the democratic parties helps the ruling party to reduce decision-making errors,and also helps to improve the executive ability of the completed decision-making.As far as the democratic parties are concerned,carrying out effective political participation and democratic supervision is the concrete embodiment of implementing the policy of"long-term coexistence,mutual supervision,honest to each other,shared honor and disgrace",and it is also the unique value of their existence and development.
