摘要

改革开放四十年,国家的演艺体制改革和内蒙古的文化艺术政策法规为内蒙古演艺业的发展提供了制度保障,明确了方向和行为规则。在此宏观环境下,内蒙古的演艺业呈现出蓬勃向上的发展态势。主要表现在:艺术创作生产繁荣兴盛,精品迭出;演出市场多元共生,重点发展;演出中介组织和行业协会从无到有,渐趋成熟;演出场所建设与管理方兴未艾,不断创新;现代演艺产业体系正在打造,未来可期。与此同时,内蒙古的演艺市场也存在着久演不衰的精品和能够市场盈利的作品很少、商业演出对活跃和繁荣内蒙古的演出市场贡献度不够等现实问题,期待在未来能够强化优势,多元共存,实现高质量、跨越式的发展。
        Over the past forty years of China's reform and opening up,the national performing arts system reform as we as Inner Mongolia's cultural and artistic policies and regulations have laid institutional foundation for the development of Inner Mongolia's performing arts industry,and have defined the direction and rules of conducts.In this macro environment,Inner Mongolia's performing arts industry is booming,in that artistic creation and production is flourishing,and fine works are produced one after another;the performance market is diversified and making progress side by side,with emphasis on development;performance intermediary organizations and trade associations have gradually matured from scratch;the construction and management of performance venues are in the ascendant and innovating;the modern performing arts industry system is being built with a promising future.At the same time,however,there are also some practical problems in the performance market of Inner Mongolia,such as few long-lasting fine works and the ones that can make a profit in the market,and the insufficient contribution of commercial performances to the prosperous performance market in Inner Mongolia.It is hoped that advantages of Inner Mongolia's performing arts will be strengthened,and multiple performance markets will coexist,so that high-quality and eminent progress will be made.
