摘要

<正>再次肝移植是挽救不可逆移植肝功能衰竭的唯一有效手段。自第一例肝移植手术成功实施以来,再次肝移植一直是移植医生面临的一项重要挑战。我国肝移植事业经历了20多年的蓬勃快速发展,肝移植手术例数逐年增加,目前已跃居全球第二位。尽管免疫抑制剂的进步显著延长了移植物和患者的生存时间,但接受首次肝移植的患者仍有可能发生移植肝功能衰竭而需要再次肝移植。欧美国家再次肝移植占总移植例数的10%～20%[1-3],其手术和临床处置复杂,技术难度大,患者病情与首次肝移植相比更严重,另外还存在免疫抑制状态导致的高
