卫生勤务中“勤务”概念的再认识

摘要
目的探讨我军卫生勤务概念中"勤务"的寓意,为完善卫勤概念提供依据。方法基于卫勤概念的演变,采用概括、归纳、类推、演绎等方法,对勤务属性、勤务分类、勤务特点、勤务间逻辑关系进行了探讨。结果对军事行动的服从性与服务性是卫生勤务的根本属性,勤务可划分为广义勤务与狭义勤务,广义勤务系不同种类的工作名称、阶段划分、工作内容等;而狭义勤务则突出的是管理属性,是对某项具体工作内容的要求、规定、原则、标准等。结论勤务的挖掘须采取多种方法,准确掌握勤务划分方法及其寓意,能有效指导实践。
Objective To explore the implied meaning of service in concept of health service, and provide evidence for completing its concept. Methods Based on the evolution of service concept, the following logic methods were adopted,such as summarization, conclusion, analogy and deduction, to explore the classification, the characteristics, and the logical relationship of service. Results Obedience and service ability towards military operation were the fundamental attribute of health service. Service could be divided into the services in broad and narrow sense. Service in broad sense meaned different kinds of work title, phase division, work content and etcwhile the service in narrow sense highlighted the management attributes and meaned requirement, regulation, principle and standard of some specific work content.Conclusion To apply many methods to explore the concept of service, and accurate grasp of service classification method and its implied meaning can guide the practice effectively.
