摘要
以棉花秸秆水浸提液为营养液,生菜种子为受试材料,采用室内生物测定方法研究不同梯度(0,5,10,20,40 mg/mL)棉花秸秆水浸提液对生菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,低质量浓度(≤10 mg/mL)的棉花秸秆浸提液对生菜种子的萌发、幼苗根长、苗高、鲜质量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及Vc含量均有明显的化感促进作用,但随着水浸提液质量浓度的增加,其对受体的促进作用逐渐转变为抑制作用。
        Cotton straw water extract was used as nutrient solution and lettuce seeds were used as tested materials. The indoor bioassay method was used to study the effect of different gradients (0, 5, 10, 20, 40 mg/mL) of cotton straw water extract on seed germination and seedling growth of lettuce. The results showed that the low gradient (≤10 mg/mL) of cotton straw extract had obvious allelopathic effect on the germination, seedling root length, seedling height, fresh quality, soluble sugar, soluble protein and Vc content of lettuce seeds. But with the increase of the gradient of water extract, the promoting effect of the receptor gradually turned into an inhibitory effect.
