我国省际农业用水效率测评与空间溢出效应研究

摘要
以我国31个省份为例,运用三阶段DEA模型和空间计量模型对各省农业用水效率及其溢出效应进行测评与分析。结果表明:我国绝大多数省份农业用水效率较低,农业用水效率提升空间较大。同时,农业用水效率的外部环境变量对各省份农业用水效率的测评结果影响明显,剔除外部环境变量的农业用水效率值更能真实反映真实效率。在考察各省农业用水效率存在空间相关性基础上,利用空间滞后项模型分析了农业用水效率的空间溢出效应,各省农业用水效率不仅受到本省各变量因素影响,还受到空间相邻省份影响,表现出明显的空间溢出效应。
        Using the three stage DEA model and spatial econometric model the provincial agricultural water use efficiency and its spillover effect was evaluated and analyzed. Results show that the vast majority of China's agricultural water use efficiency was low,agricultural water efficiency potential is larger. At the same time,the external environment variable of agricultural water use efficiency affected obviously the assessment result of provincial agricultural water use efficiency. eliminating the external environment variable of agricultural water use efficiency can reflect the true efficiency. On the basis of examining the spatial correlation of the provincial agricultural water use efficiency,spatial lag term model was used to analyze the spatial spillover effects of agricultural water efficiency. It is concluded that the provincial agricultural water use efficiency was not only affected by provincial own variable factors,also affected by adjacent provinces,showing obvious spatial spillover effects.
