基于结构方程模型的农户资产增值开发能力研究

摘要
利用六盘山片区548户农户资产调查数据,基于能力贫困理论构建农户资产增值开发能力的指标体系,采用结构方程模型定量分析农户资产增值开发能力及其影响因素的相互作用机制。研究结果显示:自我发展能力与社会公共空间对农户资产增值开发能力具有显著的正向影响,而自我发展意识显著地作用于公共参与、教育重视程度与信息获取;自我发展能力对农户资产增值开发能力的影响主要通过农户借款能力、贷款能力、户均受教育程度、户主年龄进行表现,社会公共空间对农户自我发展能力的影响主要通过村民关系、干群关系以及交通便利性进行表现。这也说明,农户借贷能力越强、家庭人力资本水平越高、社会风气越好、公共服务越完善越可以促进农户自我发展能力、社会公共空间的发展,从而促进农户资产增值开发能力的提升,最终促进农户资产的增值和积累。
Based on "Capability Poverty Theory",the paper constructed a series of indicators for the households' assets development capability.The paper analyzed the influencing factors and the interaction mechanism of households' assets development capability based on structural equation model.By investigating the survey data of 548 households' assets in Liupanshan contiguous destitute area,we find that self-development capability and social public space have a significant impact on households' assets development capability,self-development conscious significantly affects that whether households participate in public matters,focus on education,or try best to get information.What's more,the impact of self-development capability on households' assets development capability is mainly represented by households' borrowing and loaning capability,average education years for per family and the age of household head,the impact of social public space on households' assets development capability is mainly represented by villager relations,relationship between village cadres and the masses and the convenient of the traffic.This is to say,the stronger of the ability of households to borrow and loan,the higher of the family human capital,the better of the social phenomenon and the better of the public service,the better of self-development capability and social public space can be built.This will promote households' assets development capability,which ultimately promote the value of households' assets added and accumulation.
