2018年度矿产资源经济形势分析及展望

摘要
2018年,国民经济继续保持稳中向好的发展态势促进了我国矿业经济持续复苏。主要矿产品产量稳中有增、进口规模持续扩张,主要矿产品价格持续上涨,采矿业经济效益有所改善,矿业投资有所增长,资源税全面从价计征,有效支撑了现代化经济体系建设。但是,进口扩张、矿产品价格波动幅度变大、矿业投资意愿不强等问题影响资源供给安全和矿业发展后劲,需要研究制定相关资源政策,为守住矿产资源供应安全底线和矿业产业发展注入新动力。
The national economy continued to maintain a stable and steady growth trend in 2018, which promoted the sustained recovery of mining economy in China. The output of major mineral products increased steadily, the scale of imports continued to expand, the prices of major mineral products continued rising, mining investment increased and ad valorem taxation was extended to cover all types of resource taxes, these effectively supported the construction of Chinese modern economic system. However, problems such as import expansion, higher volatility of mineral product price, weak investment willingness of the mining industry and other problems will affect the security of resource supply and the development of mining industry. It is necessary to research and formulate relevant resource policies, inject new momentum to hold the bottom line of safety supply of mineral resources and the development of mining industry.
