摘要
通过对蜡模、石膏型及铝合金等影响铸件收缩因素的综合分析,确定了某大型铝合金石膏型熔模铸造薄壁件3D打印(激光快速成型)蜡模的综合收缩率。制定出合理的石膏型焙烧工艺制度,从而避免石膏型开裂对铸件尺寸精度的影响,最终获得高精度大尺寸薄壁复杂铝合金铸件。蜡模本身及组合过程中的变形是控制尺寸的关键,为大型薄壁复杂铝合金精密零件的石膏型铸造提供了一种生产方法。
        Based on the comprehensive analysis of factors affecting casting shrinkage of wax mould, plaster mould and aluminium alloy, the comprehensive shrinkage rate of wax mould for 3D printing(laser rapid prototyping) of a large-size plaster thin-walled investment casting of aluminium alloy was determined. A reasonable process of plaster mould roasting was formulated, which avoided the influence of plaster mould cracking on the dimensional accuracy of castings. Finally a large-size thin-walled casting of aluminium alloy with high precision was obtained, and deformation of wax mould itself and deformation of wax mould during combination process are the key of size control, which provides a production method for the plaster mould casting of large-scale thin-walled complex precision castings of aluminium alloy.
