摘要

能源成本管理是钢铁企业成本管理的重要部分。全口径能源成本管理创新的实施与实践,是对钢铁企业如何通过管理手段实现能源成本最优进行的系统总结和提炼,在企业的控制与经营生产过程中有重要意义。
        Energy cost management is an important part of cost management in iron and steel enterprises. The implementation and practice of full-caliber energy cost management innovation is a systematic summary and refinement of how iron and steel enterprises achieve optimal energy cost through management means, which is of great significance in enterprise control and operation and production process.
