摘要
近年来,重金属被大量应用于生产生活中,造成水体重金属污染,对水生生物的生长和繁殖造成了严重的威胁。论文以斑马鱼为模式生物,测定Zn~(2+)、Cr~(6+)、Hg~+对斑马鱼的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。研究表明,暴露1 d和5 d时Zn~(2+)、Cr~(6+)、Hg~+对斑马鱼SOD和CAT具有明显的诱导效应,且Cr~(6+)的诱导效应最强,Hg~+的诱导效应最弱,随着暴露时间持续增加后,SOD和CAT活性受到显著抑制,SOD和CAT酶活性可作为研究重金属污染对水生生物毒性影响的依据。
        Heavy metals have been widely used in industry and life in recent years. This results in seriously environmental pollution in water which is a serious threat to the growth and reproduction of aquatic organisms. Zebrafish was viewed as model organism,Zebrafish were exposed to their different concentration of heave metal solution,and then the effects of heavy metal Zn~(2+),Cr~(6+),Hg~+on the superoxide dismutase( SOD) and catalase( CAT) Enzyme Activities in Zebrafish were observed. The results showed that heavy metals with different concentration increased activities of anti-oxidative enzyme at the time of 1 ~ 5 d,Cr~(6+)had stronger effect than Zn~(2+)and Hg~+. After a long time exposed,the effects of heavy metal Zn~(2+),Cr~(6+)and Hg~+on SOD and CAT were all inhiation effected,SOD and CAT enzyme activities can be used as heavy metal pollution on the aquatic organism toxicity mechanism.
