基于准时制生产模式的飞机制造企业生产可视化研究

摘要
在分析面向飞机制造企业的准时制生产模式实践应用及航空数字化应用背景的基础上,提出了基于准时制的飞机制造企业生产可视化看板的构建思路,对其构建目标、顶层框架及关键技术,典型应用场景等进行了讨论。围绕准时制生产管理体系的构建,从期量数据、计划体系、基于装配计划的拉动式生产和KPI指标体系建立等方面入手,结合生产可视化应用实践,对准时制生产模式下可视化管理的维度、要素、视角、场景及应用架构设计要点等进行了研究。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of the practical application of the JIT production model for aircraft manufacturing companies and the application background of aerospace digitalization,this paper proposed the idea of constructing visual billboards for aircraft manufacturing companies based on just-in-time,and discussed building target,top-level framework,key technologies,and typical application scenarios and so on.On the condition of construction of just in time manufacturing managing system,from aspects of standard data,planning system,pushing production and KPI index system based on fabricating plan,combined with the visual application practice,the dimensions,elements,perspectives,scenes,and application architecture design points of the visual management under the just in time production model were discussed.
