摘要

以制造资源计划(MRPⅡ)、准时制生产方式(JIT)、瓶颈理论(TOC)3种供应链管理理论为基础,以求提高生产信息传递的准确性,结合对某公司在制品库存(WIP)现状的分析,找出企业管理中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,从而对在制品库存进行优化控制。
        The status of work in process inventory( WIP) in a company was analyze based on three supply chain ideas including manufacturing resource planning( MRPⅡ),just in time( JIT) and theory of constraints( TOC) to improve the accuracy of the production information transmission and find the main problems in enterprise management.The corresponding solutions were put forward in order to optimizing control of the WIP inventory..
