减压深拔关键技术研究

摘要
原油资源日益重质化、劣质化,重劣质原油的减压深拔技术已成为提升炼厂盈利能力的重要环节。本文阐述了国内外减压深拔的关键技术,结合三个减压深拔改造案例,系统全面地介绍了减压深拔技术在提高VGO质量、拓宽企业加工能力和提高炼厂盈利能力方面的优势,为石化企业常减压装置在深拔方面的优化提供依据。
        Deepcut distillation technology of VDU is becoming an important means to improve refinery benefit on account of heavy and poor quality of crude oil. This paper introduces the key deepcut technology systematically which has the advantage of improving VGO quality,increasing the processing capacity and refinery profitability both at home and abroad,combining with three deepcut distillation case of VDU so as to provide theoretical basis for refineries.
