摘要
随着国家对清洁能源应用的倡导和国民环保意识的提高,LNG作为绿色能源,其需求量日益提高,应用范围不断扩大。常压下LNG的储存温度为-162℃,其输送温度很低。输送过程中LNG会不断从周围环境中吸收热量,导致LNG内部气化,不仅给管道的安全稳定性带来隐患,还造成了冷能的大量流失浪费,所以合理设计LNG的保冷层厚度有着十分重要的意义。本文将编程计算法与常见的公式法、有限元法进行对比分析,总结出编程计算法在LNG保冷厚度设计中的简便性与准确性。
With the advocacy of clean energy application and the improvement of national environmental awareness,LNG's amount and the range of application,as a green energy,is expending every day. The storage temperature of LNG at atmospheric pressure is-162 C,so the temperature of its conveying is beyond imagination. LNG will continuously absorb heat from the environment in the process of transportation,leading to the internal gasification of LNG. This phenomenon not only brings trouble to the safety and stability of pipelines,but also causes a large amount of loss and waste of the cold energy. To sum up,rational design the thickness of LNG's cold insulation layer values a lot. The programming method is compared with the common formula method and finite element method in this paper,So that we can see the simplicity and accuracy of the programming calculation method in the design of LNG cold-holding thickness clearly.
