摘要
中国石化广州分公司某聚烯烃装置挤压造粒生产线的熔融泵减速箱一级输入轴滚动轴承出现滚珠变形、内外圈滚道磨损等故障,分析了熔融泵减速器的结构,首先通过计算和校核一级输入轴两段轴承设计寿命,其次从轴承的安装、润滑和材质3个方面分析轴承早期失效的因素,最终得出轴承失效原因是其滚动体材料缺陷所致,通过更换轴承和加大注油量等措施,自2013年1月至今该减速箱及轴承运行良好且未出现同样的故障。
Ball deformation and inner and outer raceway wear were found on the rolling bearing of primary input shaft of the melt pump reducer of extrusion granulation production line in a polyolefin plant at SINOPEC Guangzhou Company.This paper analyzes the structure of melt pump reducer,calculates and checks the design service life of the two-stage bearing of primary input shaft,and analyzes the causes of the early failure of bearing from the aspects of bearing installation,lubrication and material.It is concluded that the failure is caused by the material defect of rolling element.By replacing the bearing and increasing the amount of oil injection,the reducer and the bearing have been running well since January 2013,and such failure has not occurred again.
