摘要
为给寒区冰雪期交通资源的优化配置提供理论依据,对居民出行方式进行了综合评价.从出行者的安全性、效率性、经济性、舒适性等四个方面构建了评价指标体系,进而构建了寒区冰雪期居民出行方式的综合评价模型;然后对哈尔滨这一典型寒区城市其冰雪期的居民出行成本与效益进行量化,运用主成分分析法,借助SPSS软件,标定了模型参数;以哈尔滨为案例,对冰雪期不同出行方式的优劣性进行了评价.结果表明,冰雪期哈尔滨居民出行方式总得分为3.99,其中居民选择地铁出行的得分最高,为1.15,即地铁的出行总成本最小,所以,可将地铁作为寒区的主导交通出行方式并大力发展.
        In order to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing traffic resources in cold areas during ice and snow period, a comprehensive evaluation of different travel modes for urban residents was established with the consideration of safety, efficiency, economy and comfort. Then, a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed for urban residents living in the cold areas during ice and snow season. On the basis of quantifying the travel cost and benefit of the residents living in Harbin, a typical city located in the cold area, the parameters of the model were calibrated by using principal component analysis(PCA) and SPSS. The advantages and disadvantages of the different modes during the period of ice and snow in Harbin were evaluated. The result shows that the general score is 3.99. However, the score of metro is 1.15, the highest, which means that the cost of metro is the least. Therefore, metro can be developed as a leading travel mode in cold areas in the future.
