摘要
分析了浸没式膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺用于城镇污水处理的优势及不足,分析和讨论了与传统活性污泥法的不同之处。MBR具有出水水质好、占地面积小等优点,但MBR工艺适应水量变化的能力较弱;预处理要求高,一般需要设置超细格栅和除油脂设备;生化池分区和回流也有其特别之处。浸没式MBR工艺的污泥浓度、污泥回流比、污泥龄、供氧、浮渣、污泥膨胀等问题也与传统的活性污泥工艺有很大不同。最后给出了MBR用于脱氮除磷时的常用工艺和设计参数等。
        The advantages and disadvantages of the immersed membrane bioreactor for urban wastewater treatment were analyzed. The differences between the immersed membrane bioreactor and the traditional activated sludge process were also compared. The results showed that although an immersed membrane bioreactor had smaller footprint and better effluent quality,it could not permit a large variation of influent. Compared to a traditional activated sludge process,an immersed membrane bioreactor often needs stringent pretreatment,an ultrafine screen and a grease removal facility. The configuration of biochemical tank and liquor return were unique for an immersed membrane bioreactor. Factors like sludge concentration,sludge return ratio,sludge age,oxygen supply,scum removal and sludge bulking made an immersed membrane bioreactor different from a conventional activated sludge process. The process configurations and the corresponding design parameters for nutrient removal in an immersed membrane bioreactor were also given.
