世界一流大学治理结构探析——以MIT为例

摘要
作为世界上最负盛名的研究型大学之一,麻省理工学院在长期的发展过程中,逐渐形成了由外行人组成的法人团体、以校长为首的行政管理团队和教职工大会共同构成的现代治理结构,这一结构呈现出权力制衡、协商治理、教师治学的特征。本文对麻省理工学院治理结构进行剖析,一方面可以促进我国高水平大学"双一流"建设;另一方面对我国大学治理结构的改革也是有所裨益的。
As one of the most prestigious research universities in the world,Massachusetts Institute of Technology( MIT) has gradually formeda modern university-governance structure which is constituted by corporate body composed of laymen,the administrative team led by the president,and all the faculty during the long-term development. This structure shows the characteristics of power balance,consultation governance,and faculty academic management. The analysis of MIT governance structure is of some benefit for promoting the reform of the governance structure of " double world-class" construction of high-level universities in our country.
