摘要
针对重型汽车发动机在实验室台架试验时,常规的上下台架需要较长的时间。为提高台架利用率,在现有试验台架的基础上,考虑增加预装工位及快装小车系统以达到提高效率目的。以安徽华菱汽车有限公司实验室快装小车应用为例。重点介绍了发动机快装小车的功能、组成结构、工作原理、实际使用效果,其结构新颖、运行稳定、操作简单、工作效率高、安全性能高,通常和发动机试验台系统一起形成一套发动机试验系统。
When heavy-duty engines are tested in the lab bench, it takes a long time to load and unload it on the bench.In order to improve the bench utilization rate, the pre-installation station and the quick-loading trolley system are added to improve the efficiency based on the existing test bench. Taking the quick-loading trolley application of Anhui Hualing Automobile Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper introduces the function, composition, working principle and actual use effect of the engine quick-loading trolley. The utility model has the advantages of novel structure, stable operation, simple operation, high work efficiency and high safety performance, and usually forms an engine test system together with the engine test bench system.
