摘要
为了研究柴家沟煤矿4~(-2)煤层自燃预测预报指标气体,采用程序升温与色谱分析联用系统测试了4~(-2)煤升温过程中气体释放规律,分析了多种气体指标预判煤自燃程度的适用性。结果表明:格雷哈姆系数能够作为4~(-2)煤自燃的综合判定指标,C_2H_4的出现能够作为煤体温度达到90℃的重要指标,研究结果对于柴家沟煤矿4~(-2)煤的自燃预测预报及主动防控提供了科学依据。
In order to study the prediction index gases of 4~(-2) coal spontaneous combustion in Chaijiagou coal mine,by using temperature programming test and gas chromatography analysis,the gases release laws in 4~(-2) coal heating process were measured,and the applicability of various gas indexes to predict the degree of coal spontaneous combustion was analyzed.The result shows that the Graham's Ratio can be used as a comprehensive evaluation index of 4~(-2) coal spontaneous combustion,and the appearance of C_2H_4 can be used as an important index for the coal temperature up to 90℃. The result provides a scientific basis for the active prediction and prevention of 4~(-2) coal spontaneous combustion.
